Finished Blood Angels Librarian Dreadnought

I just finished this Librarian Dreadnought as part of the GP South's collection of Blood Angels miniatures.  It was a bit of a rush job, so I didn't get any WIP pics.  The weathering was done by sponging on Charadon Granite, as instructed by Grey_Death at The Painting Corps.  The sponging worked pretty well in some areas (the arms), and not as well in other areas (the legs).  Click on the pictures for a larger view.  Questions and comments are welcome.

  1. Very nice. I'm working on a death company and Furioso dread by combining an iron clad and a Furioso box. A little/lot of conversion to help them fit my theme.

  2. Love the fact that you have only painted the central part blue for the libby. Makes it look like he is a true SM hero entombed in an adamamtium shell. Well done!
